In person sessions are available at Essential You Yoga Studio in Tampa, FL or over Zoom as Virtual Sessions

The effects you receive from a single session tend to reverberate in your body and spirit for up to four days. 

 

After that, your body and energy will begin to return to your habitual movement and thought patterns.

I will offer you practices you can do on your own, sometimes unique yoga sequences, breath practices, personal mantras, or even a recorded guided meditation.

 

Lasting transformation takes time and consistency!  That is why the sessions above are priced in bundles.
