After that, your body and energy will begin to return to your habitual movement and thought patterns.
I will offer you practices you can do on your own, sometimes unique yoga sequences, breath practices, personal mantras, or even a recorded guided meditation.

Yoga
An ancient system of Asana - movement, Pranayama - breath control, and focus.
In the Yoga Sutras, Patanjali recommends yoga to "still the fluctuations of the mind."
Yoga focuses and quiets your mind as you stretch and strengthen your body, offering you direct access to your sacred self.
With practice, this connection comes with greater ease - sukha - and you are able to bring this alignment off your mat and into your world.
Used therapeutically, yoga can help prevent or recover from injury, balance your body from imbalanced use in every day life, release old trauma and emotions that are causing illness and tension in the body, reset your nervous system, and so much more.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes the body's natural ability to heal. It is administered by through the hands of the practitioner hovering just above the body of the receiver. Reiki taps into the Universal Life Force energy that flows through each of us.
As a Certified Reiki Master, I work with the systems of Usui Reiki and Karuna-Ki to connect with your inner spirit. This practice serves to encounter and remove blocks in energy that are affecting your physical, emotional, or energetic body.
When we are able to release old energy that no longer serves, we are able to align more fully with our healthiest selves and our highest destiny.
Meditation
Meditation helps you dive beneath the layer of thoughts, emotions, responsibilities, and stress that often make up daily life. Beneath this miasma lies a calm inner stillness.
When you're able to connect with this stillness, you have access to all the wisdom of your soul including your natural Intuition, Boundless love and Compassion, and Your Sacred Self.
Western science has already proven the link between mediation and less stress, boosted immunity, increased happiness, and better overall work and school performance.
I will use techniques from various backgrounds to help you achieve inner peace, whether that be through a guided mediation, working with a kriya - a set series of breath and movements designed to achieve a result, breath exercises, or present-moment techniques.
