8 Classes - $100-120
Have you heard that yoga is good for you, but you're not sure how to get started?
Were you attending regular classes and then the world shut down?
I have created an 8-Class Series of yoga classes designed as a gentle way to ease into this practice.
Whether you are brand new to yoga or simply want a refresher, these classes will help guide you to find the best alignement for your body in some of the most common asanas.
- Students will have access to each class live or they will have the option to practice on their own schedule with recorded classes.
- One-Hour live classes will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 am.
- You will receive a Yoga for You e-book when your enrollment to the course is accepted.
Cost is $120, or $100 if you sign up with a friend or for both series. Learn about the Meditate Now Series Here!
Participants will need 1 yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks (large books will do), and 1 pillow/blanket/meditation cushion

Yoga is an ancient system of Asana - movement, Pranayama - breath control, and focus.
Yoga focuses and quiets your mind as you stretch and strengthen your body, offering you direct access to your sacred self.
With practice, this connection comes with greater ease and you are able to bring this alignment off your mat and into your world.
Libby has been sharing and practicing yoga, Meditation, and Reiki for more than 20 years. She has trained for more than 700 hours and has more than 2,800 hours of classroom experience.
Libby has seen the powerful shifts and ripples of compassion that consistent practice offers and seeks to share that through her public and private instruction so that each of us may awaken to our limitless heart and potential.
Her classes offer a space to step away from the busyness of life and drop into a meditative flow of breath and movement.
