Awesome information. I injured my leg in yoga and it took almost a year to heal. I was so frustrated that nothing worked for the first six or eight months. Then one day when I was laying on the acupuncture table, I started meditating on the red energy of the first chakra flowing to my leg and healing it. Honestly, that’s when I started to improve. Strange to some, but true.
